Harmony Week brings together Australians from different backgrounds.

It is an opportunity to celebrate Australia’s diversity – a day of cultural respect for everyone who calls our nation home – including Carinity Cedarbrook residents who were born overseas.

Pictured are some of the lovely Carinity Cedarbrook residents who moved to Australia from abroad.

They are amongst the residents who were born in countries such as Uruguay, Denmark, Czechoslovakia, Sri Lanka, Japan, Italy, Malaysia, Germany, South Africa, United Kingdom, Netherlands and Aotearoa (New Zealand).

Harmony Day (March 21) coincides with the United Nations International Day for the Elimination of Racial Discrimination.
